Each accommodation benefits from air conditioning, free WIFI, flat screen TV, a private terrace as well as an equipped kitchen allowing you to be more free, comfortable and independent during your stay.

Finally, a magnificent viewpoint offers a grandiose landscape over the Caribbean Sea, with the islets in the foreground, and allows you to admire the sunset with an aperitif or to have breakfast.

Splendid place to stay. Breathtaking view, modern, clean and functional rooms. The outdoor spaces are lovely, especially the very pleasant swimming pool. The residence is well located close to the axis which leads to all the nicest corners of Basse-Terre (Grande Anse beach, zoo, diving sites, supermarkets, etc.) while offering a very quiet setting, far from the traffic. And the staff is super friendly, available and flexible to all your requests. There is space for easy parking near each studio. My favorite place in Guadeloupe!

Very nice surprise, the VUE MER residence is brand new with new bungalows. We took full advantage of the pool jacuzzi and the evening view to spend the beautiful evenings. The staff is very warm.

We loved this place where there were four of us with children, we took full advantage of this brand new residence With a huge decorated bungalow, jungle theme, very beautiful kitchen equipped with magnificent amenities, a huge TV and above all a swimming pool and a jacuzzi for the children. The VUE MER residence, a new residence which has just been built, is located very close to the beach.
For us. It was perfect to go there on foot as for the Residence itself it has very high-end services because everything is new the homes the swimming pool the views

Having breakfast at the VUE MER residence was our greatest pleasure
from our balcony. We were faced with. Islets and the sea
the morning was the best time of the day but also the evening because the viewpoint offers a breathtaking sea view over a splendid sunset
nothing but happiness with very welcoming staff.

We came from a tour operator to the sea view residence in general the photos never reflect reality and we were a little suspicious.
But for the first time, the reality goes far beyond the photos, a magnificent residence which has a splendid sea view from all the bungalows, the swimming pool, the jacuzzi, the viewpoint, everything is perfect with attentive staff.
